Using data to measure your impact

Date: Tuesday, September 10, 2019
Time: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT
Does your nonprofit know how its interventions actually impact the community it serves? Does your team use data to strengthen the quality of the services it provides? Does it know which of its constituents need the most help? The answer to each of these questions can be found by moving beyond counting outputs and measuring impact. Thanks to new data systems, nonprofits of all sizes can access technology that can measure impact.
This webinar will provide an overview on how data systems can support (or if not used properly, harm) your nonprofit’s efforts to transform the communities you serve.
Sam Chenkin, Tech Impact’s Director of Consulting Services, will lay the foundation for how you can collect and use data to strengthen programming and deepen the impact of your nonprofit.
Participants will:
  • Learn basic processes for collecting impact data
  • See real-life examples showing how this data helps nonprofits achieve their missions
  • Learn about current data trends like predictive computer machine learning
  • Leave with concrete steps to shift organizational culture to be impact and data-focused

Tech Impact has helped many Nonprofits, Including:

We were at a point in our organization's growth when the data tracking systems we had in place were not keeping pace with the amount of data that we needed to gather, track, and analyze on a regular basis to be successful. Tech Impact helped us create a flexible system that meets every one of our complex needs in tracking student attendance, session progress, training evaluations, outcome assessments and many other types of data, all in one centralized location. We are now completely on top of how our projects are going in real time as we serve tens of thousands of youth across multiple countries...
